David Hogan

Founder and CEO

Dave Hogan is the Founder and CEO of SMART FLOW Monitoring, an award-winning smart water monitoring company. With over 20 years of experience in the mechanical and plumbing industry, Dave has successfully built SMART FLOW from concept to a market-leading provider of real-time water monitoring and leak detection solutions.

 

Throughout his career, Dave has secured investment, built and scaled high-performing teams, and led the company’s growth across multiple international markets. His leadership and commitment to innovation earned SMART FLOW recognition as the winner of The Water Council’s International Tech Challenge for leak detection technology.

 

Today, Dave is focused on driving sustainable growth, delivering value to customers, and helping organisations better manage water risk, consumption, and operational performance.
